VAST Extreme Weekly Schedule

Mondays and Wednesdays 7:15 and 8:15 along with Fridays 8:15 only (monday and wednesday 7:15 session must rsvp

Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30-9:30am and Saturdays 10am

Our afternoon days and times are Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm
