VAST Sports Performance program uses an Integrated Training System to help our athletes improve all components necessary to allow for optimum performance. We work to improve Posture, Core Stabilization, Balance, Power, Strength, Flexibility and finally Deceleration abilities. Our Sports Performance specialists stress the importance of Multi Planar, Multi Joint, Multi Dimensional, Proprioceptively Enriched and Sport Specific training programs. We provide training for all levels, shapes and sizes and work with the athletes to achieve their goals. We make all the workouts fun, challenging, exciting and make sure to change the programs regularly to force constant adaptations.

The overall focus of VAST Sports Performance Training is to touch key points of the body, which have a direct effect on performance. By starting at the basic level and slowly progressing the athlete to a more challenging level this will allow the athlete to run, defend, jump, and react at a higher level, higher than the competition. Through hard work and dedication the VAST program will give all serious participants a competitive advantage.
